[vdr] Problem with tosvcd 0.5

hi list, hi werner!

i installed everthing written in the README, and then tried to trancode
some vdr recordings to SVCD. See what happened:

can anyone help? i have no idea. there is enough hd-space, i am root.....
same result with all recordings...

what.s going wrong?
