OK there are 2 different meanings. I have a 19' monitor and I' ll never
buy an TV which has a awful(?) picture and costs more than a monitor.
Lets explain: I am sitting about 80cm before my screen. If I would
use a TV I sure need about 2-3 meters distance to it. So the TV must
have a diagonal of about 1.5 meters to get the same proportionary(?)
size. And a TV with 1.5 meter isn't as cheap as an 19' (or 21')
monitor and it has never the quality.

From me also 2 cents. *g*
