[vdr] New Transponders in German Cable

Hi,

to whom it may concern (german DVB-C users):

along with Mediavision's death the Kabel D has already set up two new
transponders.
They are at 113 and 121 MHz and AFAIK at least in Berlin and Munich they are
online.
I still expect some changes there though.....
