[vdr] prove of concept dxr3 plugin

Hi all,

A first version of the dxr3 plugin is avaliable. This is pre-alpha quality, 
it's not nearly finished, but transfer mode does already work (more or less). 
Also, most of the things discussed on the ML have not been integrated yet.

know problems:
  - audio/video goes out of sync
  - no OSD what so ever
  - data need to be send frame aligned (see discussion on ML)
  - no documentation
