[vdr] EPG present/not present...

Another question.
I live in Italy and I have a Goldbox and a D+ (Tele+) subscription.
Canale 5, Italia 1 and Rete 4 are 3 channels here in Italy.
On my goldbox, I cannot access to the 3 channels EPG.
I cannot do it either in VDR.
The strange thing is that (on the goldbox), if I tune a channel in the
D+ bouquet (for example Canal Jimmy) I can brose the EPG of the other
channels and I can see Italia 1, Canale 5 and Rete 4 EPG too.
This means that the EPG informations are present, but how to catch them
with VDR?
