Maybe this is for you: http://www.uni-klu.ac.at/~akoenig/html/dvblinux_.html
or if you like you can build your own distro with http://www.ibiblio.org/peanut based one. Look on http://free.pages.at/tuum/index2.htm but you have to compile by yourself. :-)
