[vdr] Missing 'switch to' button in AIO 14.08

I'm using AIO1408 and I'm missing the blue 'switch to' (dunno if this is 
the correct name of the button, I'm using German layout - Umschalten)
button in some menues:

Menu -> Program -> OK. 
Now I should be able to switch to the select program but its missing 
and if I press OK a second time, the "switch to" is missing again.
