[vdr] VdrNfsroot Project - feedback request

This is an urgent RFC (Request For Comment), related to the VdrNfsroot
Project. if you have any interest on it, e.g. use it, have read the
howto or just have fallen over the homepage, please take a minute and
read on. basic information on VdrNfsroot can be found here:

as there is a new Release in the startholes (version 2.0 of Distri &
Howto), i want to know something about the user-community. please answer
the following questions in either english or german per personal mail:

Are you a user of any kind of the VdrNfsroot Project?


Are you basicly intrested in running your VDR on NFS, but something is
wrong with VdrNfsroot, that stoped you from further investigation? What?



DISTRI:

Are you useing the Distribution?


Are you running the provided vdr and/or DVB binaries?


Is something vital missing in the Distri (e.g. lirc tools)?


What feature, would you like to see in the next Distri release?


Have you used it as a starting point to building your own Distri? 


Would you care, if i stoped maintaining it?

Have you read the Howto? english or german version?


Do you miss english html version of the howto?


Is the german version up to date?


Is something vital missing in the Howto (or left unclear)?


Have you learned something, when reading it?

Is the page loaded fast enough?


Do you get many timeouts or interrupted downloads?


Does it describe well enough the point of VdrNfsroot?

Is the design sufficient?

OVERALL:

Do you think, the VdrNfsroot Project in general is a good thing and
useful in some degree to the VDR community?
