[vdr] Finding maintenance windows for VDR

There was some discussion at the Real Live Meeting about finding the
right time to shut down VDR for maintenace between all the running
timers...

The script http://www.heiligenmann.de/download/timers2vcal.pl converts
the Timers to vCalendar Format, which is supported by a couple of
calendaring applications like korganizer and should help visualize the
problem.

Usage: timers2vcal.pl < /video/timers.conf > timers.vcs
