Does VDR exactly know where convert.pl lives?
Start vdr with "-Z /path/to/convert.pl".

Is convert.pl executable?
Make convert.pl executable with "chmod +x /path/to/convert.pl"

Are the informations in convert.pl correct, look inside around line 10.
