Because I haven't gotten to that yet!

Besides, hardcoding these is probably not a good idea, since people
might have different ideas about what should be assigned to these
keys. There will be a "macro" function for this later. First I'm
implementing more important things, like the DiSEqC and channel source
stuff I'm currently on.
