Well, something went wrong when fetching data from the disc. The DVD code 
either tried to read from non-existing sectors or the disc could not be 
decrypted. To decide what exactly happend, a bit more information is needed.
Could you please enable the "#define VMDEBUG" in ogle-dvd.h and run the plugin 
with "DVDCSS_VERBOSE=2". The resulting output will be rather large, so it's 
probably best to send it via private mail.
