I use Channel List Editor http://free.pages.at/cleditor/index.htm and open a
channel list from the Nokia 9500 (http://drhans.jinak.cz). This windows tool
can export to VDR format (vdr-1.1.11 and lower). This tool lets you select
the right CaCaps. I haven't found a linux script that does this yet.
