[vdr] Re: vdr2divx suggestions ? (poll)

Why using C++ for such a tool, which integrates other "utilities"? Why not 
using something like perl for it?  Fast, rock soild, easy to develope! And 
the community has IMHO a better chance to enhance it. 
BTW: Would a perl interface not a cool thing for the whole vdr system?
