[vdr] Fast Update: stream-0.0.2

Hello list,

the vdr streaming plugin has been updated *already*, mainly because there was
a serious segfault bug in the initial release.

2002-10-28: Version 0.0.2

- Fixed a segfault problem when exiting vdr
- Separated status and transceiver objects to make exchanging receivers
  while streaming possible
- Added some missing translations
