[vdr] Problems with vdr 1.1.15 and tuning

Hi,

I have problems with the 1.1.15 version of vdr and 
linux-dvb.2002-11-01-driver.
When I switch channels, I get the following errors:

First channel 26 is shown on TV, switching to another channel only shows a 
black screen an no audio. Sometimes I can switch to a few channels (SAT 1, 
Pro 7, Kabel 1, Neun Live). I never can switch to RTL.
I reloaded the drivers several times and even restarted the PC.
On the other hand, if I use /DVB/apps/szap I can switch to all channels.
