Great, does it mean you will use ffserver instead of RTP?
If you get it on air with ffserver, you won't need much horsepower as long
as you only stream the PES.

But some question:

The Multi-/Unicast address looks like "XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:YYYY:Z".
My problem will be (didn't install the streaming-plugin, yet) to identify
the "Z" for the program I want to receive on my client. Could you use the
channel-numbers of VDR for "Z"?

This leads to another idea:

What about integrating ffserver directly as plugin. That way you could use
channel-names as feed-names on the ffserver-webpage and later you could port
functions of VDRADMIN like EPG - into the plugin ...
