I assume you're having two single LNBs each connected with one cable to the
triax which mixes them into one cable, right?

Then your diseqc-commands should be right. But the toneburst won't work. Try
a small "t" for all S1W-settings and a big "T" for all S5E-settings or vice
versa.

S1W  12700 V  9750 t W15 [E0 10 38 F0]
S1W  99999 V 10600 t W15 [E0 10 38 F1]
S1W  12700 H  9750 t W15 [E0 10 38 F2]
S1W  99999 H 10600 t W15 [E0 10 38 F3]

S5E  12700 V  9750 T W15 [E0 10 38 F4]
S5E  99999 V 10600 T W15 [E0 10 38 F5]
S5E  12700 H  9750 T W15 [E0 10 38 F6]
S5E  99999 H 10600 T W15 [E0 10 38 F7]

That way you'll switch the triax with 22kHz to S1W (toneburst off) or S5E
(toneburst on) and the band/polarization at the LNB is selected by the
diseqc-command.
