[vdr] teletext PIDs on lyngsat.com

I spoke to Christian Lyngemark (webmaster@lyngsat.com) from 
lyngsat.com and asked him if he could supply the teletext PIDs as well.
He replied there was no demand and they would be found by
satreceivers automatically. 
I explained why the vdr community would need them and he said he 
might see if he could add the maybe next year.

In my opinion the vdr community should send him some emails and 
ask him about adding the teletext PIDs to his excelllent pages.
Then he might see the demand and add them sooner.

All the nessesary items would be then there on lyngsat.com to create a 
complete channel entry for channels.conf
