[vdr] Make.config

Hello,

I really like the Make.config in which I have for example:
DVBDIR   = /lib/modules/`uname -r`/build/drivers/media/dvb
INCLUDES = /lib/modules/`uname -r`/build/include

What I would really like would be a way to permanently unset
DO_REC_AND_PLAY_ON_PRIMARY_DEVICE in that file, because without this
option, VDR don't take 100% of my P4@2G CPU, and also don't crash (in
"normal mode", as I don't record that much...).
