[vdr] channels.conf

a suggestion
in channels.conf if we have a line with only 
:@xxx
where xxx is a number we can avoid the line 
before in the channel list and the 
behavior of right,left keys in this case.
Only changing the number of the next channels.

What dou you think about this feature ?
