Hmm, your problem seems to be kind of tricky...
Did you tried other PCI-slots for the both DVB-cards? Sometimes there were
problems if the DVB-cards have to share their IRQ lines with some other
hardware resources. IRQ-lines are hard wired, so one can alter the sharing
situation by choosing other PCI slots.
Maybe it's a good idea to disable some of the integrated mainboard
periferals too. (for test purposes only)
