[vdr] RTL back to normal!

Apparently RTL can be recorded _and_ replayed with the new driver/firmware
again. Looks like they have made some major changes, since they now also
have detailed EPG texts - although in yet another strange format, so I guess
there will have to be another set of EPG bugfixes in VDR...
