The are using dynamical PID assignment.
Actually all 4 of them are pointing to the same audio and video streams.
Then between 19:00-19:30 (when the local programs are transmitted) they will
point at
EinMuxx, EinsExtra, EinsFestival, NDR.
I.e. there are no new streams, it's just, that they created some new PIDs to
have something that act's like a different program, while using the data
that is already there.
