[vdr] Uptodate channels.conf

Hi!

I have been off the list for a while due to a holiday. After I came back
I missed a couple of channels on VDR like Studio Universal, 13th Street
and so on. I think they moved. I still get the EPG reading for that
channel but the screen is black and no sound. Where can I find an up to
date channels.conf file for Satellite?

And second question: Where can I find a description of how to set up
SVHS output and the S/PDiF out an a siemens dvb-s card.
