[vdr] 5.1 with the help of H+ (dxr3)?

Hello,

I have an empty slot in my computer, and I got an H+ that I don't use
(because, I dislike the quality of the monitor when I use the VGA
looptrough...). As my 5.1 (with optical) seems not to be able to
understand the output of the SPDIF from my Hauppauge rev 1.3, would it
be a way to use the H+ coaxial 5.1 output (now I am not sure whether it
is really a 5.1?)?
