The channel ID is a combination of multiple fields of the channels.conf
entry. For ARD it looks like "S19.2E-0-11837-28106". You have to look
whether you have entries with the same frequenzy and service id in your
channels.conf. If you want to keep them then you can change the
frequency or a channels by +/- 1 to get distinct channel IDs.
