Maybe its better to send stop frames just like do that in
bitstreamout plugin to notify the A/V receiver to switch into
normal mode back.  After that I'm resetting the sound card
setting by simply closing the device ... for the DVB device
this could be done by cDvbDevice::SetPlayMode(pmNone) ???
