Hello list,

The stream plugin allows you to stream a channel over a network. The DVB 
device (if it's a full featured one) will be able to be tuned to channels on 
the same transponder as the streamed channel. Currently a PES stream is uni- 
or multicasted to any client on the network who whishes so. That means, the 
only players who can use this stream will (currently) be mplayer and the 
special RTP windows codec (I guess).

CHANGES since 0.1.0a:
- Changed stream start so a NOVA+DXR3 combination (or similar) works too.
- Completely adopted to the new RingBuffer API, so no memcopies are done 
anymore. This also fixed a serious bug that broke the Video Stream on slower 
machines.
