I took today's CVS driver version, applied the above patch and tested with
Astra 19.2 channels "SR3" and "SWR BW" (apparently they broadcast the same
programme, so it was easy to compare lipsync). Without the patch I got A/V
desync after just a few times switching between these two channels. With the
patch the problem is gone.
