sorry, i screwed up, the commit was missing eit.c. I have commited the
correct version now, test pulled and compiled it ;-)

Some remarks about the state of the current code (TODO):

- the channel creation code needs to be cleaned and unified (there are
  three places that create new channels
- Director Mode is currently brocken (due to above)
- too many config files are used at them moment,
  networktransponders.conf is redundant (and brocken anyway)

... lots ot other stuff ....

- PCRpid support is hackish - waiting to see what kls up to on that one
