[vdr] Is there a svdrp client library in c/c++

I wonder if there is a C or C++ client library for the SVDRP protocol 
available? I want to patch the current VDR in a way that all recordings are 
done by a central VDR server. After my research I think that the SVDRP 
protocol is the way to go and before I start creating my own library I want 
to make sure that there is no such library so far.
