[vdr] ANNOUNCE: bitstreamout 0.45b (AC3 loop through over sound card)

Hi,

  just uploaded a new version of the bitstreamout plugin at
http://bitstreamout.sourceforge.net/.

  - Add some more comments to PROBLEMS
  - Use dynamic generation of used period size to get a integer
    divisor of the burst size
  - Add patch for VDR 1.1.27
  - Add patches for DVB driver 2003-04-08 and dvb-2003-04-14
  - Simplify muting in Pause followed by Stop/Blue 
  - Be compatible with g++ 3.2/3.3 on inlined functions
  - Make make working even if called via make plugins

hopefully this solves some problems (e.g. sound cards with
only a few period sizes).

Please note that the main Makefile of VDR only supports
plugin source directories without version numbers.
This because you can switch with a symbolic link between
several versions (-> see PLUGINS.html).  Nevertheless I've
put a symbolic link into the tar archive.
