[vdr] MP3/MPlayer plugin problem

I have some problems with the mplayer plugin.

When select a movie and press play the TV goes black for 2-3 seconds and 
then jumps back to whatever channel I was watching.
I start vdr in inittab like this:
vdr:123:respawn:/vdr/runvdr --terminal=/dev/tty8 -w 60 -Psc -Pmp3 
-Pmplayer "-M player=/video/plugins/mplayer.sh"
I have started mplayer with the commandline option "-vo mpegpes" and 
that works fine...is it just that the mplayer plugin doesn't find
the mplayer.sh file? where should I put it? any ideas? I'm to tired and 
to lazy to read anymore README:s tonight so please
guide me to where I should look to get it working..
