I  never  used  grub  myself,  so I can't say much about it, but there's a
comment about grub in the README of nvram-wakeup.

for now you can use the   --iwstring gig_ga_7vtxh  option.
I will add your BIOS information to nvram-wakeup-mb.c, so it will work in
future.
