The AutoPID patch works on all systems, the scanner plugin needs the 
descriptor parser in libdtv/libsi/si_parser.c in function 'void 
siParseDescriptor( ... ), DESCR_CABLE_DEL_SYS for DVB-C and 
DESCR_TERR_DEL_SYS for DVB-T to be implemented.
