[vdr] tosvcd - another audio-bitrate?

Hi,

i prefer to use tosvcd to create svcds out of my VDR-recordings.

But how can i say to tosvcd to use another audio-bitrate,
e.g. 128kbit/sec? AFAIK it's allowed by the SVCD-standards.

Until now i patch the sourcecode, so toolame creates 160kbit/sec instead
of 224 kbit/sec.
