[vdr] EPG language selection, new diff

Thanks for the feedback. The diff seems to also work on some channels
outside Finland, so give it a try.

I made another version of the diff. This one supports those languages that
have more than one official 3-letter abbreviation (thanks for Lauri Tischler
for pointing that out). The lower part of the patch also supports language
priorities for more than one preferred language, although the UI only
handles one language currently.
