[vdr] Scanning for transponders (was Eutelsat 13.0E channels.conf)

I'm not even sure, if the tuner wouldn't lock up somewhere and not scan 
anything at all.

Well actually, that's how all recievers work.

I'm not sure, maybe we can turn the tuner into a small-bandwidth "scanner" for 
the frequency range. If we could get it to just give us the level of signal 
in that range without trying to sync, we could actually get a spectrum where 
we could guess the center frequency as well as the symbol rate.
Together with a turnable dish we could even automatically scan for new 
satellites. With somekind of distributed system we might be able to scan all 
satellites on a regular base
