sad to say... but forget it :(

andreas is not further developing the dvd plugin or fam. at least at the
moment. maybe we are lucky and someone of the other programmers want to do
some programming and maybe announce another special version of libdvdnav (as
the "famous" libdvdnav-as from andreas that supported eg. audio switching.

any comments?
