[vdr] Patches, patches, patches

Hello,

I understand that when the VDR turned toward the plugin concept it was 
meant to be easier for the users, meaning that they don't have to patch 
anymore.

For the plugins like mp3, dvd etc. this works very well, but when it 
gets to autopid, AC3overDVB etc. you gotta keep patching. Today I tried 
with VDR 1.2.3-pre and the patching gave me a lot of rejects. After 
manually fixing them VDR didn't compile. Maybe I did wrong but like I 
said there were a lot of rejects.

Can't you add these patches to the vdr like in "VDR has autopid already 
and has AC3 over DVB already"?
