I'm afraid not - Those VideoGuard entries exist in the channels.conf because Klaus, the author of VDR, 
connects the analogue S-Video output of his Sky Digibox to the VDR machine via a Kfir MPEG2 encoder card. 
He then uses the 'sky' plugin to manage the input from the Kfir, and also to send LIRC commands in order 
to change channels on the Digibox.

It's an expensive and less-than-ideal solution, but it doesn't look like this situation will ever change -
Sky certainly have no incentive to release a legal CAM for VideoGuard..
