[vdr] Artefacts and error on "quick channel changes" (was: Re: Try to fix "unknown picture error")

Dear list,

i followed the discussion about the "unknown picture error". One of my
problems with the current vdr release (1.2.2) is, when I change the channels
very quickly, that then the synchronisation is lost, especially on special
channels (SAT1-ProSieben-Group) and the picture has several errors (blocks
and black artefacts), but without messages in var/log/messages. Is this the
same error? or is the reason here something completely different?

The probalibity of having this errors is higher, when I use the
autoPID-patch.

configuration:
1 x Nexus 2.1, PII-266 with 128 MB RAM, vdr 1.2.2
