subtitles for hearing impared ?

Bigger font, like yelling :)
Sounds are described; like:
"the big bomb exploded in a loud noise..."
or
"a bird sings in the background" and so on...
Things, you still can hear, even if they are in a different language,
but hearing impared or deaf people can't hear.
It's sometimes really funny to read these things...
