[vdr] vdr-mainmenu: how about a 2 column layout?

as more and more plugins are available (many thanks to the developers)
the vdr-main-menu becomes longer and longer, usually it's already 2 pages 
long.

As the right side of the screen is always empty - why lets not place some 
entries there?

There are several possibilities to organize things optically, wheather just 
the plugins at the right side or vdr-entries on top and below some 
2-column-plugin directory...

also it would be nice if all entries can be reached with number keys too:

one could use the key-timeout to simulate 2-number entries for the numbers 
about 9 or has someone else another idea?
