[vdr] QuickAIO for 1.3.0

Hi list,

I've put together ElchiAIO3c and ImprovedOSD3a for 1.3.0. Yes I know this is 
kind of stupid, but since I have only one VDR, which also runs as a 
productive machine (I don't record too much so it's not too dangerous for 
me), I wanted to have my OSD on 1.3.0, too, which I want to test (and migrate 
plugins to it).

I take NO WARRANTY for this patch at all. Every developer who reports bugs, 
PLEASE use a plain 1.3.0 for testing (I am using two trees here, well three 
by now, to be able to revert to 1.2.6 is necessary). If I see anyone 
reporting an error to Klaus, which is actually caused by this patch, I'll rip 
his a** up personally *fG* (humor!!!).
