[vdr] VDR 1.3.0: Full-featured DVBs in Transfer-Mode

Hi Klaus,

I just wanted to remind you to change the handling of the full-featured 
DVB-cards to Transfer-Mode as this will allow a code-cleanup by dropping 
specific functions (except decoding functions, of course) on the one hand and 
receiving all channels in a bouquet without the limitation of 32 PIDs on the 
other.

It also would allow manipulation in the data-stream like a normalizer for 
audio.
