[vdr] Feature request: "Listen" directive in svdrhost.conf

Hallo,

I would like to have  a "Listen" directive in svdrphost.conf to bind
svdrp to a given interface address, it can be useful when there are
multiple addresses on an host or if one wants to have only conenctions
from localhost (Listen 127.0.0.1).
Maybe this feature can be added to streamdev, too.
