Try these settings:

Jimmy:11842:vC34:S13.0E:27500:2449:2450=ita,2451=eng:2461:100,918,919:3560:64511:5600:0

I have defined a new channel using your data and have waited until VDR
has done an EPG scan (will need to look into why it didn't automatically
get the NID/TID when I switched to it) and that's what the channel data
is now. Can't test, though, if this is correct because I don't have a
subscription to that channel...
