[vdr] No PPV or EPG in 1.3.6

Using Siemens/Fujitsu dvb-c on 1.2.6 I get full epg however upon upgrading to 
1.3.6 and using add new channels, the ppv is not found.
If I add my old entries from 1.2.6 channels.conf and modify into 1.3.6 format 
(change 5401 into 0), I can view the ppv but dont get any ppv.
Is this a cam problem or vdr?

A 1.2.6 channels.conf entry looks like

170:651:M64:C:6887:5122:5282:0:5401:1402:0:0:0

A further problem that I have noticed is when using scan. This should be able 
to produce a full channels.conf file however although it displays all 
channels on the console - finds about 300+ names, I only get about 40 
channels written into the channels.conf file.

Is this a driver problem ?
